hey, sorry i'm a couple hours late guys, but i did manage to post something!anyway, this is just a little pencil sketch i did on my b-day of Wiper from One Piece, who happens to be my favorite Shandian character
unfortunately he didn't come out as well as i'd hoped, his face is too soft-looking... oh well, i guess i'll just have to try again
