Aristarchos Kostelis, (Born Douglas MacArthur) was a New Byzantine general and the 1st Colonial Archon of the 2nd Byzantine Empire's colony in the US and Canada, New Sparta.
He would be convicted of planning a coup against the Βυζαντινός Αυτοκρατορικός Στρατός, and was pledged gulity on March 7, 1934.
He would then be Exiled to Cebu City, Filipino Empire for 8 years, but assasinated immediately when he returned from exile and landed in Stavrouchni (New Orleans), New Thessalonki Province, New Sparta. in November 17, 1940.
