☆ Rash| He acts mostly content on the surface but can't keep it forever when something gets on his nerves.
★ Caring | Though he does think about his own self gain a lot he does really care for what others think and can be very caring towards a situation.
☆ Bold | He doesn't really care what others think and just kind of cares about his own thing, it's nice when he gets compliments though.
★ Cheerful | He doesn't usually let things get him down he has two emotions angry or happy and usually its happy unless an unwanted rival approaches.

Backstory
Chase's mom and dad run a floral business in Sappha town, the area always felt kind of charming in the day light and his parents would take him out to walk around all the time as a kid. However there was an accident , when crossing the street Chase at a young age ran off to chase a meowth that ran into the street and ended up getting hit by an on coming car. Though he doesn't regret it since he saved the meowth and that's all that mattered to him, though the accident left him with out his legs. Not the one to give him he decides he won't let this hold him back and he decides to get prosthetic legs. With months of working through therapy he had succeeded, he could walk again, though not the same as before. He doesn't let it get him down since he's always had supportive friends and family but sometimes he does feel down about his legs not being his real ones.

With time he found that his passion was for making food and giving any extras he had to the alley pokemon by his cafe, he felt happy to make others happy with what he could make but he still felt there was more he could do than just this, he wanted to protect others like he had for the meowth. He wanted to become a trainer no a champion and help others and be recognized and someone strong even with his legs gone.

Trivia
. He wears long pants most of the time but at times does show his fake legs
