Okay, So this I did this for a few reasons. It is the 100th anniversary of when Titanic sank below the surface of the atlantic and also is the weekend of which the new Avatar comes out on TV.So, why is it old characters in the classic pose? Easy, I haven't seen enough of the new characters to get a since of them. And reading about them doesn't help. I need to see them.
Why I chose Toph and Sokka?
Okay, two main reasons. One, I was trying to think of show characters that would kind of fit with Jack and Rose from the Movie... And the only two who fit was really Toph and Sokka. And two. My friend is in the process of writting a fanfiction of the two on Titanic and called it Tokkatanic; hence the title of the sketch. Link to it: [link]
And yes, I know the coloring isn't the best... Nor do Sokka and Toph look that good... But I don't claim to be the best artist. I just do it for fun.
So I hope you like how it turned out in the end...-----

You know, As much as i love this pairing (And the tokka/titanic crossover idea, which i had also thought of writing until i saw Theblindbandit1's idea), there is another pairing that thought would fit better: Sokka/Yue (It was mostly because both yue and rose had jerkass fiances, that's why. otherwise, it would've totally been tokka) but this is so cute!

I never thought of Yue... Actually that probably would've been a better match... Since Rose was kinda being forced to merry her fiance' just like Yue had an arranged marraige... Hmm, if I eveer have time I may try to redraw it with Yue and Sokka...
