So, I need to comment on how I came up with his design? Hmm... okay

.. I always liked the headphones with the mic that curved in front of the face, so I gave him that kind. Plus, a Vocaloid without headphones is blasphemous XDDDD
.. When thinking about Ciel, I knew his color scheme should be the same kind of blue-gray gunmetal color as his hair, so I used that as a jumping off point. That's why his main color scheme is that
.. His character item is a rose (I originally wanted it to be a gunmental-colored rose even if he was only decorated with burgandy roses, but I decided that trying to keep that distinction would be too hard, so I stuck with just roses). Roses are featured a lot in legit work of Ciel, plus it really fits him and his Victorian-era ness. I could shove a bunch of symbolism down your throat, but I'm too lazy
.. Ciel = shorts. Seriously, I can't see him in pants. So I designed his shorts to be kind of like Len's, with the pattern at the bottom. I originally had it yellow/orange like Len's since that looked good and would have provided a bit of contrast, but I decided the blue fit better
.. I made his arm-warmers burgandy because... yeah. T___T
.. High-heels WERE THE SHIT back in Victorian era (LOL WTF) so I gave him high-heels here, too. XDDDD
.. On his eye-patch is a blue glowing power symbol (power like "your computer is on" not like "BU-WA-HA-HA-HA-HA")
.. Mini-top hat + LED board = necessary and tech-y. LOLz
.. I wanted his earphones to be assymetrical with only one add-on thing, but after drawing one ear as a rose and putting a skull on the other one (which is very necessary to his character) I decided I liked both so I kept both.
.. He has the little sock-straps to keep up his leg-warmers XDDDDDD that's probably my favorite touch, LOL ((they needed that back in Victorian England because they didn't have elastic to keep socks on back then :3 ))
.. He's holding an extra microphone with a rose-top because.... SHUT UP I CAN.
