Okay. The first thing I notice is that her arms are very very short. And one of her legs seem a bit off, it gets too skinny towards the bottom near the ankle. The snow flake is an okay touch but to be honest it would be a lot smaller. Also I can't tell what the hands are doing, and it almost looks like they're fused together, and like the arms, they are extremely small. The landscape is nice though, though the sky would probably be a bit darker if the clouds above are dark as well. Over all I'll give you a 3 for vision, 3.5 for originality, 2.5 for technique and a 4 for impact.
Don't be discouraged! Just practice in your problem areas, try sketching arms, usually when arms are straight at your sides, your finger tips go down to almost the middle of your thigh.
