1. messy outline:
messy outline is nothing to be ashamed for, a lot of people likes the artistic look of it. I would like only to mark that when outline is too messy viewer might lost a true form of what we drawn. a lot of heavy lines in one place might looks like unclean mistake or just unpleasant . for e.g. messy lines on bang will not bother a lot of people , but the part I marked might bother audience. I would suggest to clean it a little in those parts.

2. copied eyes
I make that trick from time to time too and I decided to multiply this step in my correction :> but we need to remember few things:
-> we draw by only one hand so we have tendency to deform things (that's why it's usually easier to draw one profile then another) so when we copy and flip some parts of a drawing we should correct them. It will have more natural looks.
->moreover things rarely are actually 100% symmetrical so a touch of imperfection will be pleasant for eye.

3. light source
eyes works like two mirrors, so blinks are placed in the same side of pupils.

4. I made some slight proportion correction on redraw.
