wow, this is the first time I drew some SERIOUS fan art.I once told myself that I would never draw a character from an anime, Because I thought if I did, I wouldn't get any originality.(stupid huh?)
But this feeling of fan art totally ROCKS! I never thought i would draw Black ★ Rock Shooter !
Whoo!
oh and this was drawn on my new tablet: Wacom Bamboo Pen & touch.
Days Total:1 day for the line art.
1 hour for coloring.
Character belongs to: Black ★ Rock Shooter(Not my design) I do not own any design of the character.

The concept and background is very nice. I say, It's the heart of this whole picture. It's what keeps the rest of the picture a whole.
It looks really nice and all, but the actual person (Black Rock Shooter) could use some extra work (If you'd like so.) You should make the lineart internally really light, and externally (outside) really dark. It'll help the image pop out a little. Then, of course, the nice little white outline you have on top of that. Also, you could have taken the artists' style in a little more. I mean, BRS is super skinny and super tall. If you made her legs a bit longer, as with her torso and arms, she'd look more like the real thing.
Blergh.
I tried to critique. I'm not all that great. But I hope that helps.

I'm staring to do more fan art so thanks for mentioning all the mistakes I got. I'll look out for more mistakes when drawing fan art.
