Why'd you asked? Well, let's simply put it.After a successful merging with the former Demon Knight and the current Demon Tribe's Demon Champion of the Bestia Clan Amon thus becoming a Devilman, Akira Fudo has an very unique, uncanny ability to transforms into different form of creatures from mythologies such as a Demon, a werewolf, a dragon, etc., so therefore, Amon/Akira Fudo is actually an Zoanthrope Demon.
Also, the reason why'd Amon transforms into a werewolf and a dragon is because of the former Demon Knight's origin story in the form of the official canon prequel to Devilman titled "Akuma Kishi" or simply known as either "Demon Knight" or "Devilman: Demon Knight".
However, the former Demon Knight Amon isn't the only one whose an Zoanthrope Demon, almost all of the Demon Tribe were actually Zoanthrope as well which will be explored next-time.
