Here's a piece I did for a very talented artist, of her kitty Jade! I wanted to use colors...but to me the lighting was more dramatic with monochromatic color. very pretty kitty...with awesome ears! This is sooo beautiful. I'm no cat person, but I know there's the essence of kitty in this drawing!! It looks playful, fierce, proud, handsome, tricky...a very "cat's cat" kind of kitty.
And don't even get me started on the fur! Girl, you amaze me sometimes! : D

I've been okay. I'm thinking that I want to learn to ride a bike this upcoming Spring. Can you believe I've never, ever done that? I'm 23 and don't know how to ride a bike 
And how are you? I'll try to be on MSN more; sometimes I get logged in without knowing it, and I'm away from the computer--then I come back an hour or so later and people are talking to me!

haha! i know you're not ignoring me...the same thing happens with me and my computer! I know many times i'll come home and see a message from you and be like "oh poo i missed katie and she probably thinks i ignored her!" XD believe me, i completely understand where you're coming from! ^3^ so do not worry one tinsy little bit!
and i hope your bike riding goes well..i love to ride my bike! in the summer when i used to go camping, i'd get everywhere on my bike..the thing is that i'd wear shorts, and have a lovely tan pair of upper thighs in the front..and a transparent bluish color on the back! XD

I really did get alot better at fur in this one...it was a good piece to practice on with all the shadows and her lovely texture. *strokes screen of computer* sooooo soft!
