I'll admit I'm not a fan of Mei's design, but I appreciate the fact she's in the game. I do feel too many games try to go for the same physical design for female characters and whilst I do like some, I feel there needs to be more variety to them. I feel the same way about Jinx from LoL, although I'll admit I prefer her design as it's a body type I am attracted to.
As for the pic itself, I do agree hoshihearts about the back but otherwise it looks very good, especially the shading
