do you use different colors of clay or do you paint them?I want to make some of these myself with little cute faces,but I havent figured out if it would be best to use different clays or just paint them,
and whereee did you learn? are there tutorials?

mostly different coloured clays - most of which I mixed from other colours. Some paint too - the sauce on the pie, the stripes on the watermelon, the green on the rockmelon, the browning on the pizza.
I just look at or think of the food I want and make it the same shape and colour. There are tutorials out there though. I learned how to make the bowls from a tutorial by here [link]

I made it out of polymer clay. It's probably about the right size for barbie food, but it's not made for a doll, it's made for me - just because I like making little things.
