Description Download Kensett Here

This #free cartography brush set extracted from Thomas Kensett’s “A plan of the town of New Haven” from 1806, based on James Wadsworth’s survey from 1748. It’s a comprehensive set with hundreds of houses, their lots, land, inhabitants, and various outbuildings. This one jumped the line a bit. I loved Kensett’s style, and I think you’ll find it charming, unique, and perfect if you’re looking to map a village or a small town.

Like all my sets, the full set is free to use for personal or commercial work. No credit required. While this set is designed for Photoshop (they also work in GIMP, Affinity, and apparently Procreate) I do include transparent PNGs so you can use them with other programs as well. There are more details and a link to download at my blog. (Click the big ol' link above.) If you end up using Kensett for your projects, show me! I'd love to see your work and how you used the set.
