Playing with copics ^^It's a shame the scanner killed the colours, it's really a lot more vivid. And her tatoo is shiney *_*
No pointing out errors please unless you also include advice on how to correct in future art, this is one of my first copic drawings so please me nice ;_;. Thanks ^_^

Did you manage to get a scanner? Yeah scanners aren't kind to copics unfortunately. I usually have to do some tweaking in photoshop.

What do you do to tweak in photoshop?

You can play around with the levels in photoshop (ctrl+L) or the curves (ctrl+M) to enhance the contrast and darken the shades. You can also change the saturation to brighten the colours using Ctrl+U. Admittedly there is a limit to how much you can do especially if you use very light colours, or everything will go white. ^^

Hahahahah I'm afraid not... the magical yukatas in Japan were slightly more expensive (although you did get a choice of what magical girl you would like to turn into!)

I wish I can use lots of COPIC markers but I can only afford a few for now. Oh well. Might as well just mix media then. Copic markers with color pencils for effects. XD

D= that's a lot cheaper than in the UK! Lucky ;_; they cost about £3.50 (about S$10.6) for the ciao ones, going up even more to the other types!
