based off chinese fantasy beast of chiwen. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chiwen , which is one of the 9 sons of the dragon.
this fakemon design is pretty simple that i just want to do a traditional chinese dragon line. rayquaza is pretty close resemblance to chinese dragons in the games, but i thought that from the chinese fantasies, we have more than enough dragon-like creatures to create a few monster designs which are less than 'legendary' status... i hope you get what i mean. haha.
dex entry is something like: "in the olden times, people rare chirimple in their home in order to protect them from house fires"... which is exactly what this beast is for in chinese fantasy stories. haha.
