I like how strong the silhouette is, in a way.. great contrast, in that sense, although it is a bit too harsh, perhaps?
Still, I like the framing and how you've centred the guy to make more of an impact overall. The people in the background add depth, and gives it a sense that... we're seeing things from his own point of view, if you get what I mean?
I feel as if you could have moved the camera higher when taking this, as there's a bit too much black space at the bottom, but that might just be me.
I'd class this as Street rather than People & Portraits, as it doesn't feel planned, but... yeah, that might just be me again. We all have different perspectives.
