I had the sketches, like, forever as well and I was just supposed to clean 'em alittle and then I suddenly had lined and colored all of 'em in a day. What can I say. When art inspo hits, it hits hard.

Anyway; Maya's Age meme.
A little peek into the past and to the future.
Didn't put any spesific ages "because".

So yeah.... I guess I should probably put some info here too, huh?
Well here we go:

"Smol"/Kindergarten age:
Maya is a small and somewhat hyperactive, cheery kid who can talk to pokemon so it's no real surprise to her parents that she drags pokemon back home often. Injured or not. Some stay for a while, some leave and some pokemans come back to visit.
Around this time she and her family lived in Unova. She likes onsies.

"Kind of Smol"/Elementary/Early Junior High:
Oh puberty. It hits and makes one uncomfortable and unsure of themselves. Maya was no different. She feels kind of out of place with her 'ability' but does her best to keep cheery. Does ok in school and with friends. Punches boys who bully her or her friends in the face. Has too much of a crush on her girl bully when she's around 14/15 to fight back.
She later gets a gf who fights this bully off.
Hair musn't be cut 'cause it's pretty and long and flowy and princesses have long hair.

"Now!-(ish)"/18/When her Kanto journey began:
Fuck long hair! Cut that shit off or it might catch fire or something Also Maya thinks she looks hella cute with short hair. Puberty is long gone and Maya has gained back most of her confidence. Cheery as ever, eager for adventure, sometimes a little stupid and stubborn. Depression sometimes raises it's ugly head but she forces it back down. Generally loves life and good vibes are a good thing.
Never enough time to flirt with the ladeis tho'.

"Much Buff!"/Late twenties/Early thirties:
After enough adventuring around she settles for a life of adventuring around officially. She becomes a ranger and travels around tha pokeworld. Also hits human gyms to keep in shape and since she spends most of her time outdoors, gains bit of a perma-tan.
Has calmed down a little, still hungry for adventure, usually in a good mood and a few years back has managed to go see a therapist and gotten proper medication. Generally happy with her life even tho' misses battling from time to time. Good vibes are still a good thing. Still never enough time to flirt with the ladies.
