The phone that appeared in the drawing has a photo of me, and I am about to post it to many social medias that are have Net Neutrality, but the rock is holding it in place, That's FCC, or FCC PLAN #1, in which they are trying to use their power of money and deception, trying to get rid of Net Neutrality, and that red Target sign, that's is there when FCC will destroy all of our rights, including censor stuff, making it expensive, and making sure only rich people can get to it.
