Nice, actually the first time I glanced at it it looked like leaves were falling onto the chair.
I think you should try defining the features of the chair even more if possible as well as the snow on the seat because the backdrop of snow interferes with it and it doesn't feel like there's enough depth to it. But otherwise, it's an interesting shot.
