Personality: Blizard is overtly arrogant, sadistic and egocentric, taking pleasure in the misery of others. However, he's also often a slave to his own boredom, quickly becoming tired and apathetic when there's no one strong enough to rouse his excitement.

-Tail can be grabbed, allowing foes to hold him at bay with relative ease.
-Vulnerable to extreme dizziness.

Trivia:
-The molecular structure of a Brumaran's body is naturally frail, as they're also a tungsten-based species, much like the Kraaho. This explains why their organic armor can take blunt damage, but not blades, as the sharp edge would cut the binding that keeps the already loose molecules together.
--This also explains their regeneration and elasticity abilities.
-Blizard is directly related to 77 Frieza's family tree, being the middle brother born after 77 Cooler and before 77 Frieza. However, he hates his entire family and wants absolutely nothing to do with any of them, including 77 King Cold.
