Wow, this entry is definitely going to be a real contender!
My one criticism is that the presentation in this "collage"-style entry pic is very confusing. I had to look at the gallery and your comments to understand that yes, it's a single transforming mecha model, and that some of the parts that aren't visible on all three models are optional equipment that can be removed. Perhaps you could have incorporated some text or arrows to illustrate how each mode can be converted to the next. Additionally, some of the pics could be omitted from the entry pic, particularly the pic of the pilot. He's awesome-looking but compared to the impressiveness of the transforming function he's hardly going to play a huge role in this entry's appeal.
Good luck in the contest, not that this entry will need a lot of luck to go far!
