Kaguya from the PS Vita game Shining Hearts, I personally haven't played the game (I don't even own a vita) but I can't deny this game has some awesome art. This was done with colored pencils, unfortunately the scanner was not very good in picking up the folds of the skirt :S - This is the black and white version of this drawing, I have also uploaded the colored version in my gallery.
