A Golden Eagle soars in front of the moon in the late afternoon sky over the sand prairie of central Kansas at Quivira National Wildlife Refuge.
This photo is pretty much non-retouched with only a bit of noise reduction on the sky. I actually captured the eagle as I watched him soar closer and closer to the moon.
