A particularly self-conscious MUNCHLAX evolved into this Pokemon after spending all i's time trying to improve it's image. With this effort, it has managed to manifest itself a cape, which endowes it with the ability to fly.
As you can probably see I tried to make it as characteristically opposite to Snorlax as possible, and making it the COOL equivalent of Milotic. The fact that you have to breed either a BRAVLAX or a SNORLAX with full incense and then subsequently spend all your time maxing MUNCHLAX makes it quite difficult to obtain, so I made it's stat spread good (it has the same BASE total as Snorlax) and gave it Super Luck, a fantastic ability. PARAFLINCH, anyone?
