For those wondering, Skylit has 2 eye markings, but Phantern has only one.

Lightweight - Doubles speed when its windy. Wind is a weather condition I came up with. It acts like a sandstorm but does not damage pokemon in battle. In wind, flying type moves would always hit first.

Basic Stage: Skylit - The Sky Lantern Pokemon
Type: Ghost/Flying
Ability: Lightweight/Illuminate
Name Meaning: Sky-Lit
Evolves: lvl 35

It flies silently through the night, though it's destination remains a mystery. The purple flame which remains afloat beneath it contains all its life energy. Those who stand directly below it will see that it is completely hollow inside.

Name Meaning: Phantom-Lantern

Each Year, the SKYLIT and PHANTERN migrate, floating off into the sky in a spectacular light show, People attatch messages and prayers to them, in the hopes of them flying to heaven. It hooks its arms over branches to rest.
