Looks fantastic! The birds are a great touch and the texture does give off a rusted and corroded metal vibe. The figure in the foreground feels to small to me though, he doesn't seem to scale. He looks more like a plastic army man since the blurred ground he's on seems quite big.
The color and detail in the structure looks great and the lighting and bloom effect is striking. Awesome!
