Description
Model I made as a study. It is inspired by the character Svein of the White Horse from the book Saxon Chronicles, who is one of the main character's enemies. The idea was to make it with the horse, but as said above, everything has taken a long time and it would take even longer to make the horse, etc. and so I chose to complete it without modeling the horse.
I used the following description as a basis:
"Dressed in a coat of mail that had been polished
with sand until it shines. Your helmet, so polished
as for the mesh, it had a face covering
modeled like a wild boar mask, with
short and broad muzzle, and the top of the helmet
a white ponytail flew. Wore
bracelets over the mesh, silver hoops and
gold who proclaimed him as a chief
warrior."
"He slowly took off his helmet. His
face was almost as frightening as the
boar mask. It was a wide face,
hardened by sun and wind, with eyes
blank and expressionless of a killer. Had
about thirty years old, short beard and a scar
coming down from the corner of the left eye down the face
below."
