Thanks. I only mention it cuz I've submitted finished pencil work to groups and they'll just say "Please submit a finished version" and reject it. Like they don't consider a pencilled drawing a completed work. So I just put that to cover me tracks

Merry X-mas to you too man. I'm doing okay. Drawing wise, great. Other things wise, its been rough moving to Atlanta and getting settled. But if it was easy it wouldn't be worth doing right? Good luck at the con, I hope you're still improving

It's amazing how each book builds on the next and continues to get better and better XO

it is how comics used to be. a writer that knows the histories of the characters, who builds on their plot lines and flourishes them out. Remender has such an amazing grasp on the characters. I wish he were writing Deadpool's on going because then I'd collect it (I really hate the current writer).
Hell he has taken a horrible Morrison character and made him interesting.
my only complaint was the art in this issue, it felt to cartoonish. the previous artist(s), were able to capture subtly in body posture, this is artist is missing it a bit.
still i left it excited to see what happens next.
I feel like I am a 13 year old boy again, needing the next month to hurry up and get here, while scrounging around for money to buy the issues...

I think Remender is like the only author who is doing Deadpool justice, where he has this paranoid maniac sense. And X-Force is the only book I've read where they actually try to develop him and make him a person, less of a cliche or a type. Granted I've not read everything he's been in but that seems to be the way to approach Deadpool: Make him incoherent and crazy.
It's certainly different but it is a nice change of pace from the last set of issues dominated by Jerome Opena's awesome-ness. I still thought it was great though, and next issue we'll have Greg Tocchini as the penciller so it'll be looking more realistic again (he and Remender did Last Days of American Crime together, which is another amazing book)
Yeah, this is one of the few books that double ships and I don't mind

agreed sooooooooooooooooooooooo much.
i despise Daniel Way. The others who did Merc with a Mouth and Corps were okay for the series...but yea. Other than Remender, the only recent writer I enjoyed was the guy who wrote Deadpool Pulp.
I am a huge Nicieza fan, I grew up with him. To me he is the Deadpool writer of choice for me, but I'd take Remender...hell if i prayed i'd be praying for that (along with finding a damn job).
I never read Last Days...
