Description
Upstate New York has a lot of abandoned homes but none as strange as this. A woman lived here with her three children an older son an middle son and a young daughter. She came home from work one afternoon packed a bag and left the keys to the car on the table. She then went out the door and down to the road where she got into a car with a strange man who drove her away never to be seen again. Her oldest son cared for the other two thinking she would be back. The youngest became a nurse at a mental hospital where my Aunt worked the oldest boy joined the navy and the middle one also left never to be seen or heard from.
