Little detail has me confused. Why is she driving on the left side of the car and what appears to be the left side of the road?

She would appear to be in panel four. I was only wondering cause here in the U.S. the only cars that have an opposite steering wheel position is mail delivery trucks so that the driver doesn't have to get out of the vehicle to reach a mail box. I was wondering if there was some intentional similar reason for it in this comic.

There is no deep meaning about where the car is relative to the road. I think her being a few inches above it cements the fact that she is a crap driver.

Yeah, sorry, I realized what you meant at work today. What does it say about me that I apparently am so immersered in comics and cartoons road vehicles imitating low flying airplanes just doesn't register as odd? So then I started thinking about it and came up with this idea that there's this super ground effect physics in cartoon/comic that actually gives traction at several inches as opposed to just more lift, sort of in the same vein of gravity doesn't work till you look down type stuff.
