Description
New lore dump: Wish Energy can transform objects into living beings. How it does so is largely unknown, but it has resulted in the creation of multiple characters without them being "birthed" per se. These characters were fully independent from the moment they were made, and they too just exist within the Loonari-Verse.(Also, sorry for the grammar mistake in Chandelle's dialogue.)
