Some people might already know this guy(and his evolution) from my general fakemon folder. I re uploaded and changed it a bit for the hackdex. I'm happy it's in, because this line is among my absolute favorites among my fakemon. It's a bit sad that Gen 3 and hacking is holding them back so much - no Head Smash, no custom ability, no Wild Charge etc...
