Sometimes, after work, I just feel like doodling some stuff. It's a good feeling, as it means I'm at ease with my current situation AND it means I can experiment! Currently, I'm starting to really like cross hatching for black spots in my drawings. Usually, black spaces are needed in uncolored comic pages to convey light and darkness and to differentiate the drawing a bit more in general. I never did that because just painting a whole plane black looked and felt weird to me.

But this way, I feel like I can nuance it enough for it to still feel lively, so I'm gonna do it more!
