I thought I’d better do something special for my 1000th deviation here at DA! Yep, it’s everybody’s favourite fantastically fiery four footed freak, Recumen! (Not to forget the 4 heads!) The red Gigas from Skies Of Arcadia. Using the intense power of the Red Moon Crystal, Recumen can do devastating attacks, such as the Red Ray, which I went for here. It’s looking pretty peeved!
You never technically defeat Recumen in the game; instead you take on Belleza some way through the battle, and she calls it off.
I hope ya like it! It took me all day and a bit.

Done with Art Of Illusion as usual. Made with 2 separate scenes, the 2nd being the glowy effects which I applied on top of the other image to finish up.
