At last, we FINALLY cured the infection and ended the zombie-infested nightmare, but now there's a new terrifying force to deal with. The city is being invaded by a strange race of creatures identified by their single haunting tune: SKIBIDI DOP DOP DOM YES YES!

So I've wondered about doing some sort of response since I was introduced to the infamous Skibidi Toilet meme, and this came from a converging of several different thoughts on the subject. I admit, I don't completely understand why the meme has taken off but it has. It's made in SFM, so it seemed fitting to take advantage of the fact that I actually have experience with the platform.

I had to guess when it came to reconstructing the infamous toilets. I'm not sure the exact technique the original creator used. He hasn't exactly posted a step-by-step guide, but I think I did okay.

The videos seem to portray a nonsensical story that involvese these toilets with heads coming out of them that take over the world and then get locked into an ongoing war with another race of people who have camearas and screens for heads for some reason. A lot of the more recent ones seem to be about clashing between them. But the human aspect didn't really get a lot of attention. We do see humans, especially in some of the earlier ones, but they're almost always in the background. We don't really get to see their reactions to the toilets. I kinda liked the idea of using that as a separate point of focus- humans caught in the crossfire and trying to survive the onslaught of skibidi toilets. I hadn't really seen that aspect. From what I can tell there apparently are some fan-made games, but nearly all of them are centered around playing as either the toilets or the cameramen.

Which of course bring sme to the Left 4 Dead connection. After a few failed attempts with random character combinations I finally settled on using the Left 4 Dead cast, and I also found myself imagining some kind of L4D mod that replaced all the zombies with skibidi toilets. That sounds like it should be a thing, someone get on that! Come on, admit it. You'd totally play it.

The model selection actually proved pretty simple this time, since I was mostly using models from the L4D content pack so I didn't actually need to use the workshop for much outside of the map.
