Yay, you finally got to do that hand piece for a while now

I love how it's so smooth and graceful, and the small folds of skin in the palm/fingers. Did you use your hand as a reference?

Great job, I look forward to any other hand pieces if you do so

Thanks! Yeah, I did.
Unfortunately the hand broke apart in the kiln, but I managed to glue it back together and I've painted it to look like stone (I was originally going to paint it flesh coloured, but stone would make more sense because of the cracks). I'll upload some new photos tomorrow.
I probably won't do any more hands this year, but I'll definately do one again.

have you ever seen the hand in miami for the halocaust museum?
my aunt sculpted the hand, it reminds me of that. :3

well my aunt got the job to make the clay hand model like you did,
and gave her work so other people could make the statue.
theres lots of potential if you kno where to look
yeah. and the hand is my uncle's which was neat.
is art ur forte?
