I think this breed might be called "Lady Cilento"...I know sinc eit's one of the few types you've photographed (or painted) that I have actually seen here...I bought one and planted it back at the last house I was in with my family, it didn't grow for a whole year, but after the wait it started a rapid growth spurt and was starting to get regular flowers.
And that's when we had to move and leave it behind
