Thanks! Yeah, I remember seeing this movie in the cinema when I was eight years old. I don't really remember my reaction to this scene, but at that time no one was prepared for something like this. A good character dying and then seen lying dead on screen in a Disney movie?! Unheard of.Β

Talk about bad nostalgia. This movie really knew how to tug your feels with this scene. The music didn't help at all. This was my favorite movie for such a long time. It was fun but sad, and taught you to face your responsibilitiesΒ Β

omfg! Thats the 5th time i've cryed tonight because of this!! lol. Im lookin' at mufasas death and im listening to the song of when he dies ("...to die for" is the name of the song) and like a bunch of pictures, and i keep crying at ALL OF THEM!!! including this one >,< I ca hear Simba screaming for help, and begging his dad to get up so they can go home. GAH!! *watched Lion King 8 times in 4 days*. lol. GREAT job ABSOLUTLY awsome. ^^

Aww I'm litterly crying this pic is so sad! I love how you drew it and all but it remind's me when My Dad Died.
