It's finally completed!Yes, this is the Master Sword, from The Legend of Zelda.
This was probably one of the more difficult creations that I have ever made. the blade itself is rather simple, but the hilt was the most difficult part. Because of its complexity, I had to try at least 10 different times, and was still not happy. I then looked at =DaveAkumu 's version of the Master Sword, and found my inspiration. He created a simplified geometry of the original, which I replicated on mine.
I'm still not completely happy with it, so I may continue working on it and update it in the future.
This is also my 100th deviation, as promised. I hope that you all like it, and I look forward to my next 100!

This is great. You did a good job on the hilt.
The only thing that I don't like is that the square section on the blade with the triforce looks like it's up too high. But that's probably just me being picky. It doesn't take away from this, regardless.

Looks good to me. The material textures are spot-on, and so is the shape, especially at the part with the curved cylinders. Do you have any plans of doing the He-Man sword?

I'm still not 100% happy with it (because it's a modified geometry), but I think the blade (which, in my mind, is the important part) came out well. I might do some work on making the gold shine a little more, though.
