I'm using the text tool to make those (in photoshop)

I wrote some hymmnos font on a line, then using a tool at the text tool to make this. This tool is signed with "T" letter and below it there's a arrow.

I choose the arc and adjust it.
put it step by step, don't all at once.

and the tool is just pen tool and text tool.

I found them on google.
Just type hymmnos font on the search, then click the first link to find that.
The site is Japanese.
