Yes it is. It snowed about Oct 1 and has never come above freezing again till 3 days ago And that was just a taste of 2C for a few hours.
We had -40 for most of 2 months Glad its over.

we had some snowfall, but melted when hit the streets, really weird for a Good Friday, mostly it is spring at its fullest,

Its supposed to get better soon. It was still below freezing today and the wind was kind of raw but the nicest day yet!
I thought spring would forget about us this year

Well then I guess I should count my blessings...but still I wished we had a winter here. It sucked...one snowstorm of maybe 6-8 inches.
