In an alternate universe where Lance survived after being shot by Grantland Stark...He became Nightingale! Then Nighthawk!
Batkids aren't complete without at least one ridiculous outfit... plus he probably left the design up to Dick, anyway.
Here we have Lance with his initial Nightingale uniform, then a YJ styled uniform, then as an adult in his Nighthawk gear... then Nighthawk Riot Gear.
