Description SHIRTS, JACKETS, & HOODIES!

Commission for DelightPrints - got the chance to do a nice snowy picture, which are always nice... particularly because it rarely seems to snow wherever we are!  This time, however, I got to paint this next to my window whilst snow flurries have been blustering by all day :3 Really happy with how this one turned out - maybe the snowy weather was good luck :b

Very well executed, the most detail being in the eye and face of the owl where the viewers are intended to be draw to look. What amazes me about this piece is the subtle change from the background to owl, specifically in the wings and how well the shape and shading is done despite the blur. As a whole, the style is consistent, and the tone, colors and all are gorgeous.

Thank you so much for the wonderful comment, it's very much appreciated   I find snowy blizzard images are great opportunities for creatures to "emerge" out of the background, almost as if it were part of it, so I knew I wanted to use blur effects contrasted against sharp details to help achieve that.  I'm very glad you think it all worked out.  Thanks again!

^~^ Keep up the fantastic work! You are very talented and I am happy to hear what you had in mind lead to a final product with all the sought for details. The concept of characters "emerging" from the background and yet being part of it I think you really preformed a good job of showing. The blur helps guide the eye in such a way movement and detail are seen, Overall I think it's an exceptionally well composed artwork.
