This tower of a man is known as one of the strongest martial artists in Seichinaya, and he also happens to be The Kitsune’s closest subordinate. Shen is the one who keeps peace & order at the Kitsu-dan’s headquarters. Despite looking intimidating, he’s the one who can listen to other's problems, and help them as much he can. You could even say that he is more respected among the crew than the boss himself. But, considering his low-class origins, there is no way other Zodiacs would let him become Kitsu-dan’s leader. The greatest acknowledged achievement of his is taking care of the mafia’s armed defence team, Avant Garde.

Shen knows Xiao since they were kids – back in the day, he used to be a servant in the Ten-Yun household, who was also supposed to be young master’s playmate. Now, even though they are way past childhood, Xiao will not let Shen get separated from him, and forced him to participate in his dirty schemes. Ke-Han is aware of his bosses' irresponsible and spontanious behaviour, and thus has found a way to make his job at least less miserable. Whenever there is an important decision to be made, Shen challanges Xiao to a fight – the one who wins will have his idea realised. And, up to this date, Anaguma, The Fearless Badger, has never lost. And thus, while not known publicly, Shen took the role of the true leader.
