Hey ya'll!
I sat down and wanted to draw a dude and he came about. Pretty pleased with how it turned out. 
I can't tell you how hard hands are...but I suppose we all know it, so theres no need to try to explain it. 
The backround is NOT mine. All right reserved of the original Photographer!
I normally don't like using photos for backrounds, cause it can look kinda cheesy, imo, but I liked how this one turned out, so I stuck with it.

you mean the background was a photograph? wow! it really fits in well with the character...most backgrounds like that don't look veyr good with a photoshop drawn person...but you made it fit quite well^^ and the hands are great^^

Yup. I'm so glad it worked out. I'm a real picky when it comes to using photo's for backgrounds. There is actually a layer underneath the multiplied photo/background that's blue, used with a pastel brush, so it darkend it some. Thanks so much!

Oh, he looks spiffy. I like the way you shaded his skin alot, it looks really nice and the flowers looks nicely shaded as well. that must have taken you a while LOL.

And the addition of the photograph for the background gives the image a sense of feeling complete.

and i think the hand that holding the flower just fine.. only the thumb that a bit too small for a guy..

The plants themselves are especially eyecatching, they came out rather well, and as per usual with your work, the "feel" of the pic is well communicated! ^_^

i think its a very nice piece jinpo. Actually there is a song I like that would go really well with this picture, its called "Moon over Water" from the Beck anime OST. Nice job, though imo the hand holding the flowers seems wierd, but like you said hands are tricky.

Mmmhmm. If you hold out your right hand as if you were holding an orange, but the index finger and middle finger farther seperated then usual, thats how he's holding the flowers. (dunno if I pulled it off though XD ) The stems extending are between the index and middle finger...but thats hard to figure what with where the image cuts off
