This is Tsubasa, angel boy. I don't know what he's suppose to do in this picture maybe some kind of magic or summoning.

He looks about 15 years-old and acts like one but he's lot older since he's an angel. When he took his first step on Earth he met this overly romance obsessed teen girl who saw Tsubasa with his wings. Since his plan didn't include showing his wings to any mortal he has to make sure that this annoying chick wouldn't babble about him. This job is easy since the gal follows him everywhere because she has these neverending romantic fantasies about him.

I'll be away for the weekend and after that maybe you're able to see this annoying chick.
