XDA rushed out card for a friend of mine who is having her 21st birthday party today! Inked in PILOT G TEC and rendered with COPIC markers... Hope she likes it...
Her shoulders seems to be off... TT__TT Ah well... shall work harder!
Please critque this piece!

Jingster, i really like your art. it has a very comic-like feel and it also reminds me of Gaiaonline. this particular peice, i think, has a nice overall feel but where you could improve...would be especially on the right arm, the one that goes off the page. more perspectivee on it. i think it might also have worked to have it hidden in front of/behind her. it looks like she's doing a standing pose, in which case i would think that her arm would not be swinging like it is suggested there.
also, for the face...i think, again, that it looks good overall, but it could be improved. the angle is a little hard, i imagine, but try to get some more perspective on it. sometimes when foreshortening and also when utilizing perspective, and pushing yourself, what to do is something you've never done before that you're afraid to do because you don't know how to do it.
i think on the hair, you could do something more to show that she has ponytails, like showing the hair elastics or something.
lastly, i think that her butt looks a little flat, and that even though you have shading on her pockets, her actual posterior doesn't seem to have much volume. maybe it's cause you wanted to make her look skinny, but even skinny butts have a little volume.

sth wrong about the right arm.. probably because of the cloth, the arm looks like a seperate being or whatever ^^.. but i think you can fix it easily (well now its inked but...) other than that it looks good.. and shadings are also good - are really beautiful with ink..
