A character design sketch for Kentauroi [link] that got out of control.... was just going to be a quick sketch to make sure I remembered what I wanted the markings to look like. Next thing I knew, it was all shaded and stuff. so yeah, there are a couple problems with the anatomy, since I wasn't using any reference or anything, just a doodle that ended up becoming more.

This is Brom's cousin, a minor character who was only going to appear for a few pages, but his part has since snowballed a bit. He's a brown/white splash overo pinto, he's got one blue eye one brown. I figure the white masking that goes on with pintos could spread to the human bits too. no reason other than i think it looks cool with the white streak in his hair and it was a way to get an odd-eyed character.
