no, no... why cutting? trees do well in the wild without people. even if sick, cutting hurts... don't they know that?

At first I thought they were just pruning it, but to my horror they chopped the whole tree down. All of it it was the tallest magnolia tree I have ever seen and it was full of flowers this spring, it did certainly not look sick to me. It was located in a neighbors backyard, and now there's nothing there

oh nooo... I'm so sorry about that... I felt this way when my yellow plum tree was cut down. it was growing outside my balcony at my childhood place and was blooming white every year at time of my birthdays. now every day on my way to work I can see the remains
