Description
My version of Thunder from Killer Instinct.
I really like Thunder's new design in KI3, so that was the main basis for my design. I do miss his feather mohawk though! It's completely ridiculous but it does make for a much more interesting silhouette.

There's nothing to miss with the old look which wasn't that great at all, it was just a typical punk rocker look. I mean His feather implanted Mohawk, punkish axehead facial markings, ridiculous chantings and rain dance fatality, the phoenix (fireball) bird is not even a creature of his culture... he was just a walking parody of Native American culture. The company Rare put no real effort into the character at all, he was just a joke to them.
But for the current version, Double Helix consulted with the Nez Perce tribe in order to make the character more authentic and he actually speaks Nez Perce throughout the battles.

Yeah I absolutely love his new theme! Without a doubt my favourite song from KI3.

didn't they remove the mohawk because somehow it was racist? but yeah, the new design looks pretty cool, but the mohawk works here too.
